GaNonCMOS covered by Semiconductor Today

Our partner Fraunhofer IAF recently published a press release presenting GaN low-voltage designs enabling compact 3-phase motor inverter IC. This development was, among others, based on results from the GaNonCMOS project.

The press release led to an article published on the Semiconductor Today website on 16 June 2021.
