GaNonCMOS at CIPS 2020

Even if it’s April Fools Day today, it’s not a joke that GaNonCMOS results were scheduled to be presented three times at CIPS 2020 – 11th International Conference on Integrated Power Electronics Systems last week.

Unfortunately, the physical part of the conference in 2020 had to be cancelled shortly prior to the scheduled dates 24 -26 March because of the COVID-19 pandemic. At least, a chat forum on the uploaded papers took place and the traditional content-rich proceedings with all published contributions are available as ETG-Fachbericht 161.

Details of our publications to be held as poster presentations:

  • “PCB Embedded Transformer for Isolated DC-DC Power Supplies,” by Gerald Weis and Ivan Salkovic, presented at CIPS 2020; 11th International Conference on Integrated Power Electronics Systems, 2020, pp. 1-5 (available for download from the website here).
  • “Thin-film magnetics-on-silicon integrated transformer for isolated power conversion applications” by Zoran Pavlovic, Pranay Podder, Dermot Dobbyn, Ansar Masood, Guannan Wei, Daniel Lordan, Paul McCloskey, Cian O’Mathuna and Séamus O’Driscoll, presented at CIPS 2020, March 24th – 26th 2020, Berlin, Germany.
  • “PCB Embedded Toroidal Inductor for 2MHz Point-of-Load Converter” by Ruaidhrí Murphya, Zoran Pavlovica, Paul McCloskeya, Cian Ó Mathúnaa, Séamus O’Driscolla and Gerald Weidinger, presented at CIPS 2020, March 24th – 26th 2020, Berlin, Germany.
